Carolina Chocolate Drops- Lovely versions of the type of music that inspired the Grateful Dead early on. In the late show they even do a version of a familiar tune.

LOL, clicking on it, too. Jinx! I love this band, but hadn't downloaded their live shows on the IA ... but hey, I'm in the Land of Fast Download Speeds right now! Woo hoo! I cannot believe how fast the downloads are in the States. Dang. A whole show in, like, a minute. That would take a whole day of chugging along for my computer normally. Really. Puts things in perspective, eh?

Probably my fave New Music To Me this year would be Railroad Earth. Not new to a lot of you, I know, but I hadn't heard them. Really love them now.
